Return & Refund Policy

At Adressdazzle Ventures, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment without incurring any fees. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team using the information provided in the Contact Us section below. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and accessories
3. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

• 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
• 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
• 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately using the information below. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
