EXTENDED - Introducing the Ultraflex System cap toe, this time made using the Meermin Exclusive Heritage Shell Cordovan: something really unique that we've been working for a long time until we got it just right. The Classic Shell Cordovan, tanned the traditional way exclusively made for us. For this specific run, this model comes fitted in a very convenient City lug rubber sole.

As we did for the Waxy Shell Cordovan, we've worked exclusively with American shells—tanned by traditional vegetable tanning expert & family owned tannery, to develop this article exclusively made for Meermin. Shell Cordovan is one of the most sought-after leathers in the shoemaking industry, and that is simply because it is so good.

The Heritage Shell Cordovan is tanned the old way; full vegetable, slow pit tanned, air dried and hand finished resulting in an extremely dense while pliable leather, with a very transparent & unique finish that characterizes Shell Cordovan leather.

The Ultraflex System is our newest take on the Goodyear Welt construction — A whole new system developed from scratch where Quality & Style meet real Comfort. This system is a combination of materials & technique making this monk straps, possibly the most comfortable Welted shoe in the market.

Goodyear welted on the MON last, the perfect fit for our new (ULTRAFLEX SYSTEM). You'll be surprised by how soft and gentle the underside of the leather as it keeps your feet feeling comfortable all day.
